After working with Garage Doors - R - Us I shall never call Preci$ion people again.  Great prices but it's more about Preci$ion told me I had replace parts because chain drive couldn't be had anymore...well that proved wrong with G. Garage Doors R Us Winter Park FL, Attilio was very honest and didn’t try to upsell  for items that were not needed. Very glad I chose them after my search online and calls.  As caregiver to my elderly parent, there are many daily decisions. Very happy we chose GDRUs WP for my parent home.  Prior to appointment on a Friday  late afternoon spoke with Attilio & explained the issues.  We were relieved that we didn’t have to wait until Monday. Excellent prompt service! Was able to schedule a service appointment within 48 hours. Atillio showed up within the 1-hour service window (appreciate not having to deal with a 2 or even worse 4 hour service window) and provided high quality service as well as education regarding the garage door system.
